يعد رجيم التمر واللبن من أكثر الحميات الشائعة والدارج استخدامها، نظراً لسهولته وسرعة ظهور نتائجه، وفي كثير من الأحيان نلجأ لهذا النظام قبل مناسبة ما كحفلة تخرج أو زفاف، ويمتاز رجيم التمر واللبن بانخفاض سعراته الحرارية وسهولة إتباعه، لذلك يلجأ الكثير من الناس له.
يمكن تطبيق هذا الرجيم من خلال تناول التمر بمعدل سبع حبات مع كوب من اللبن أو الحليب أو الزبادي في كل وجبة من وجبات الإفطار والغداء والعشاء، ومن الممكن القيام بتقسيم كمية التمر التي سوف تتناولها في اليوم الواحد على خمس وجبات يتم توزيعها على ساعات اليوم بالشكل التالي:
وجبة الإفطار: تناول خمس حبات من التمر.
وجبة خفيفة بين الإفطار والغداء: تناول ثلاث حبات من التمر.
وجبة الغداء: تناول خمس حبات من التمر.
وجبة خفيفة بين الغداء والعشاء: تناول ثلاث حبات من التمر.
وجبة العشاء: تناول خمس حبات من التمر.
لكن يوجد شروط معينة لهذه الطريقة يجب إتباعها، وهي:
القيام بإتباع نظام رجيم لمدة ثلاثة أيام أو خمسة أو سبعة.
يجب عليك شرب كمية من الماء بين لترين إلى ثلاثة لترات يومياً.
يجب التنويع بين الرجيم والآخر بالطريقة التالية: إتباع رجيم التمر واللبن في الأسبوع الأول، ثم إتباع رجيم يحتوي على البروتينات لمدة أسبوع، ثم العودة إلى رجيم التمر واللبن لمدة أسبوع، حتى تتمكن من الوصول إلى الوزن المطلوب.
