تشخيص سرطان الجيوب الأنفية

في هذا الفيديو يتحدث استشاري جراحة الأنف والأذن والحنجرة الدكتور صلاح العتيلي عن تشخيص سرطان الجيوب الأنفية، ويوضح أنَّ سرطان الجيوب الأنفية تظهر أعراضه على شكل نزيف من جانب واحد في الأنف بالإضافة إلى وجود تقرحات في الأنف ومنطقة الفم وصدور رائحة كريهة للفم، بالإضافة لألم في منطقة الوجه، كما يعاني المريض من التهابات متكررة للجيوب الأنفية بالإضافة إلى وجود كتل في الأنف والفم والغددة اللمفاوية في الأرقبة والرأس، بعد تحديد الأعراض يتم التشخيص عن طريق المنظار واخذ الخزعات للفحص، كما قد يلجأ الطبيب للتصوير الطبقي.
