서울 상위 0.1% 부동산 임대소득 '평균 13억원'

서울 거주자 중 부동산 임대소득 상위 0.1%에 해당하는 사람의 평균 임대소득이 13억원에 이르는 것으로 나타났습니다.

더불어민주당 양경숙 의원이 국세청에서 받은 '시도별 부동산 임대소득 현황'에 따르면, 2022년 종합소득세 신고자 중 부동산 임대소득을 신고한 서울 거주자는 35만9,084명이었습니다.

이 중 상위 0.1%의 소득은 평균 12억8,660만원으로, 17개 시도 가운데 가장 많았습니다.

상위 0.1%의 평균 소득이 가장 낮은 지역은 세종으로 8명이 2억7천360만원을 벌었고, 1위인 서울과는 4.7배 차이가 납니다.

전세보증사고 올해만 2조원…대신 갚은돈 회수율 17%

집주인이 전세보증금을 제때 내어주지 않아 발생한 전세 보증사고 규모가 올해 들어 4월까지 2조원에 육박했습니다.

주택도시보증공사 HUG(허그)에 따르면 올해 1∼4월 전세보증금 반환 보증보험 사고액은 1조9,062억원, 사고 건수는 8,786건입니다.

작년 같은 기간보다 76% 증가한 수치입니다.

이로써 올해 연간 사고액은 역대 최고치였던 지난해 4조3,347억원을 뛰어넘을 것이 확실시됩니다.

보증사고 규모가 커지면서 HUG의 집주인에 대한 대위변제액 회수율은 10%대를 맴돌고 있습니다.

올해 1분기 HUG의 대위변제액 회수율은 17.2%로 전세금 8,842억원을 대신 갚아주고 1,521억원을 회수했습니다.

물가·환율 불안에 한은 23일 기준금리 동결할듯

한국은행이 오는 23일에도 11차례 연속 동결을 결정하고 기준금리를 현 3.50%에서 묶을 것으로 예상됩니다.

금융계에 따르면 경제전문가들은 소비자물가 상승률이 한은의 목표 수준인 2%대까지 충분히 떨어지지 않아 이번에도 기준 금리 동결에 무게를 두고 있습니다.

미국이 금리 인하를 서두르지 않는 상황에서, 한은이 미국보다 먼저 금리를 내려 역대 최대 수준인 두 나라 간 금리 격차를 더 벌릴 가능성이 크지 않습니다.

전문가들은 미국이 9월께 인하를 시작하면 한은도 10월이나 11월부터 연말까지 한두 차례 정도 기준금리를 내릴 것으로 보고 있습니다.

의대증원 놓고 석달째 대치…'의료 정상화' 요구 커져

[앵커]

의대증원을 둘러싼 정부와 의료계의 극한 대치가 오늘(19일) 석 달째를 맞았습니다.

전례를 찾기 힘들 정도로 긴 기간 의료공백 사태가 계속되면서 의료 정상화를 위한 사회적 요구는 더 커지고 있습니다.

보도국 연결해 자세한 내용 들어보겠습니다.

네, 전공의들이 정부의 의대증원 방침에 반발해 사직한 것이 지난 2월 19일부터입니다.

의정갈등이 석 달째를 맞았지만, 의료계가 '의대 증원 백지화'만 고수하고 있고, 정부는 "흔들림 없이 의료개혁을 추진하겠다"는 말만 반복하며 강대강 대치를 이어가고 있는 상황입니다.

그런데 서울고등법원이 지난 16일 의료계가 의대 정원 2천명 증원·배분 결정의 효력을 멈춰달라며 정부를 상대로 낸 집행정지 신청의 항고심에서 정부 손을 들어주면서 변곡점을 맞이했습니다.

특별한 변수가 없다면 이달 말 의대 증원이 이대로 확정될 것으로 예상되지만, 의정 갈등은 오히려 격화될 가능성이 있습니다.

전공의들은 법원의 결정에도 복귀하지 않겠다는 입장이고, 교수단체는 의대 증원 확정시 '매주 1회 휴무', '1주일간 휴무' 등 집단행동을 예고했습니다.

각계에서는 의정 갈등이 장기화되고 있는 가운데 이번 법원 결정을 계기로 정부와 의료계가 의료 정상화에 힘을 쏟아야 한다는 목소리가 쏟아지고 있습니다.

보건의료산업노종조합은 17일 성명에서 "전공의와 의대 교수, 의대생은 더 이상 의대 증원에 딴지를 걸지 말고 집단행동을 중단해야 한다"고 했고, 한국환자단체연합회는 "더 이상의 피해가 없도록 조속한 의료정상화를 바랄 뿐"이라고 밝혔습니다.

의료계 일각에서도 이제 대치를 멈추고 출구 전략을 모색해야 한다는 목소리가 나오고 있습니다.

정부는 전공의 이탈 기간 중 일부를 수련기간으로 인정하는 방안 등 유화책을 고민중이지만, 전공의들이 대화에 나서고 복귀할지 여부는 불투명한 상황입니다.
