أسباب ثقب طبلة الأذن وعلاجه

قد يتعرض أي شخص لثقب في طبلة الأذن، والموضوع لا يقتصر على الأطفال وحسب ومدى لعبهم بأعواد التنظيف، وذلك لأنّ طبلة الأذن غشاء رقيق قابل للتمزّق إذا تعرض لدفع أو عنف، فهو حاجز فاصل بين القناة السمعية والأذن الوسطى. فهو يقوم بمهمة نقل الصوت من الأذن الخارجية إلى عظيمات الأذن الوسطى، بالإضافة إلى أنه سد واقي من دخول المياه إلى الأذن، أو دخول الجراثيم والميكروبات التي تؤدي إلى حدوث التهابات.

أسباب حدوث ثقب في طبلة الأذن
الاستماع المفاجئ للأصوات المرتفعة جداً مثل الانفجارات وأصوات القصف الحربية.
اختلاف الضغط الجوي بشكل مفاجئ يؤدي إلى عدم التوازن داخل الأذن مثل الصعود في الطائرة
ممارسة رياضة الغطس تحت الماء.
التهاب في الأذن الوسطى تؤدي إلى تجمع السوائل وبالتالي تقوم بالضغط على الطبلة حتى تخرج فتؤدي إلى تمزّقها.
إدخال مواد حادة وغريبة كالدبابيس.
اللعب المستمر بأعواد التنظيف خاصةً عند الأطفال.
التعرّض لضربة مفاجأة على الرأس باتجاه الأذن.

إنّ ثقب طبلة الأذن وألمها قد يتراوح بين خفيف وحاد، وفيما يلي بعض الأعراض قد تظهر وتشير إلى حدوث ثقب في طبلة الأذن وهي:
شعور بطنين في الأذن يسمعه المصاب.
عدم التوازن والشعور بالدوار.
الشعور بالغثيان، والقيء بسبب الشعور بالدوار.
ضعف السمع، وقد يؤدي إلى فقدانه.
ألم شديد في الأذن، حيث تختلف الشدّة من شخص لآخر مع استمراره طوال اليوم، وذلك نتيجة دخول الجراثيم إلى الأذن الوسطى والتهابها.
سيلان أذن الشخص المصاب، وذلك بخروج سائل دموي مع القيح.

أسباب بياض اللسان

يتساءل بعض الأشخاص عن سبب تحول لون اللسان من الأحمر أو الوردي الفاتح وهو اللون الطبيعي للسان إلى اللون الأبيض، حيث يلاحظ الكثير من الأشخاص ظهور مادة بيضاء على شكل طبقة على اللسان، الأمر الذي يثير الحيرة لدى البعض.
بياض اللسان هو عبارة عن التهاب يغطي سطح اللسان، والبياض الذي يطغى على اللسان ناتج عن تراكم الخلايا الميتة بين عقيدات اللسان، وأعراض هذه المشكلة تتمثل بتغير لون اللسان من اللون الوردي إلى اللون الأصفر الباهت أو الأبيض، وهذه المشكلة من الممكن التغلب عليها بسهولة من خلال تنظيف اللسان باستخدام فرشاة الأسنان، ويمكن لهذه المشكلة أن تعبر عن وجود أمراض يعاني منها الفرد.
من أهم أسباب بياض اللسان الآتي:
عدم نظافة الفم.
جفاف الفم، والجفاف المعتدل يسبب بياض في اللسان.
شرب الكحول والتدخين أو تعاطي بعض أنواع التبغ.
تعرض اللسان لبعض العوامل مثل الحروق، واللدغات، والتقويم وتركيب الأسنان، والبثور، وآفات القروح.
تنفس الفم.
تناول الأطعمة المهروسة واللينة.
الاستخدام المطول لبعض الأدوية كالمضادات الحيوية.
سرطان الفم.
سرطان اللسان.
فيروس نقص المناعة المكتسب (الايدز).
اللسان الجغرافي.
الحزاز المسطح الفموي وهو مرض جلدي يصيب الفم.
الإصابة بالبكتيريا الحلقية، والتي تسبب العقدة البكتيرية المقيحة، وهذه العدوى تظهر على شكل بقع ذات لون أبيض على اللسان.
التهابات الغدد الصماء، التي تسبب ظهور فطريات تتراكم على اللسان وتشكل طبقة سميكة بيضاء على اللسان.
