أسباب ظهور حبوب الظهر وطريقة علاجها

تعد مشكلة حبوب الظهر من الحالات المزعجة التي تصيب الإنسان، والتي يصعب علاجها مقارنة ببثور وحب الشباب بالوجه، وذلك لوجود الغدد الغنية بالزيوت التي تفرزها بمنطقة الظهر، وتكون الآلام عند إزالتها أكثر من عملية علاج حبوب البشرة، وتعد منطقة الظهر من أقسى المناطق بالجسم، والتي يختلف طبيعة جلدها عن جلد الوجه، وتظهر هذه الحبوب لكل من الرجال والنساء وخصوصاً أصحاب البشرة الدهنية، وخلال فصل الصيف الحار الذي يساعد بتراكم الدهون والبكتيريا والجراثيم المسببة للحكة والحبوب والبثور المؤلمة بالظهر.
وتنقسم حبوب الظهر لعدة أقسام وفيما يأتي أبرزها:
الحبوب الوردية: والتي تظهر على سطح البشرة وتشبه حب الشباب وذات لون ورديّ.
الحبوب البيضاء: والتي تنتج عن الزهم الذي تفرزه الخلايا في بصيلة الشعر المغلقة، مما يسبب تجمع المواد الدهنية تحت طبقة الجلد وتشكل هذا النوع من الحبوب.
العقيدات: حيث تأخذ الحبوب بالظهور بطبقة البشرة العميقة، والتي يصعب إزالتها سريعاً لتصبح ذات حجم كبير قاسي وصلب ومؤلم جداً.
الحبوب الصديدية: والتي تتميز بحجمها الكبير والمليئة بالصديد، وتترك علامات وندوب يصعب علاجها والتخلص منها.
البثور السوداء: والتي تظهر على سطح البشرة ذات المسامات المفتوحة والواسعة، والناتجة عن تفاعل الهواء والزيوت بالجلد وتجمعها على هيئة رؤوس سوداء.
