Mom Pauleen Luna on what worries her about daughter Tali's future | PEP Exclusives

Pauleen Luna is enjoying every bit of being a mom now after giving birth to her and husband Vic Sotto's second child, Thia Marceline or Mochi.

She shared with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) in this PEP Exclusives Mother's Day interview how much she enjoys taking care of Mochi and seeing how her firstborn Talitha Maria or Tali reacts to being the big sister.

She also shared how she and Vic take care of their kids and each other and why they have such a successful relationship.

But Pauleen also told PEP.ph what worries her about Tali's future and how she has been preparing her for this.

Psychic TV - I Believe What You Said [Spahn Ranch Mix] (1996), paired with Experiment In Terror (1962)

I felt I had pretty much exhausted Blake Edwards' noir masterpiece, Experiment In Terror, back in 2020, but a few words from Psychic TV has convinced me I only scratched the surface. The song is perfectly matched due to its own action/suspense/psycho-sexual themes and surrealistic variations, something this great film from 1962 has a lot of. In previous tributes I had only grazed the surface of the interaction between Ross Martin and Stephanie Powers, focusing a lot on the lovely Lee Remick. I have certainly taken nothing away from Ms Remick's performance in this video, but the balance is much better between her, Powers, Martin, and Glenn Ford. From Cold Blue Torch, this is Psychic TV and a re-visitation of the film, Experiment In Terror ... done in my favorite colors, black and white. Is it any wonder that Mr. Lucky was one of the best detective noir TV series of all time ... and that he accomplished in only 30 minutes what other series then on the air, like 77 Sunset Strip, required 60 minutes to pull off?

쿠팡이 8월부터 멤버십 가격을 올리기로 했는데요.

요즘 기존 회원들의 동의를 받는 과정에서 눈속임 상술 논란이 불거져 공정 거래 당국이 조사에 나섰습니다.

이승은 기자가 보도합니다.

2년 전 년 멤버십 가격을 올릴 때 쿠팡의 결제창 화면입니다.

멤버십 가격 인상 동의가 섞여 있습니다.

무심결에 '동의하고 구매하기' 버튼을 누르면 결제와 멤버십 가격 인상에 함께 동의하는 겁니다.

8월부터 7천890원으로 인상을 앞두고 있는 요즘도 결제창에 멤버십 동의를 연계해놨습니다.

'월회비 변경에 동의하고 밀어서 구매하기'로 써 있지만 신경 써서 보지 않고 평소처럼 결제를 위해 화면을 밀면 멤버십 인상에도 동의하게 됩니다.

멤버십 가격 인상에 동의하지 않는 회원은 자동 해지되는 걸 막기 위해 눈속임 상술, 이른바 다크 패턴을 쓰고 있다는 지적이 나옵니다.

이에 따라 공정거래위원회가 현장 조사에 나서 멤버십 운영과 결제 관련 자료를 확보했습니다.

다크 패턴을 본격적으로 규율하기 위한 전자상거래법 개정안은 내년 2월 시행됩니다.

공정위는 하지만 개정안 시행 전이라도 기만적 방법으로 소비자와 거래하거나 계약 해지를 방해하는 것을 금지하고 있는 현행 법을 어겼는지 여부를 살펴보고 있는 것으로 전해졌습니다.

이에 대해 쿠팡은 팝업창과 공지문, 이메일 등 적어도 세 번 이상 고객들에게 멤버십 요금 변경에 대하여 상세히 알리며 법을 준수하고 있다며 자사 멤버십 해지 절차는 업계에서 가장 간편하고 빠르다고 해명했습니다.

하지만 해명과 달리 멤버십 해지 절차가 복잡하고 '혜택 포기' 등 감정적 문구로 해지를 망설이게 하고 있습니다.

쿠팡은 검색 알고리즘을 조작해 자사브랜드, 즉 PB 상품을 검색 순위 상위에 노출한 건에 대해서도 공정위 제재를 앞두고 있습니다.
