뺑소니 사고로 경찰 조사를 받고 있는 가수 김호중 씨의 음주운전 의심 정황이 추가로 포착됐습니다.

경찰은 주점 안팎 CCTV 등을 분석하며 김씨의 음주 여부 등을 확인하고 있습니다.

또 관계자들을 줄줄이 입건하면서 이번 사건에 소속사의 조직적 개입 여부도 캐고 있습니다.

보도에 최진경 기자입니다.

가수 김호중 씨의 뺑소니 사고를 수사 중인 경찰은 압수물과 주점 CCTV 등을 토대로 김씨의 음주 여부 등을 확인하고 있습니다.

김씨는 서울 강남의 한 유흥주점에 들렀다가 대리운전을 통해 집으로 귀가한 뒤, 다시 자신의 차량을 이끌고 지인과의 약속 장소로 향하던 길에 사고를 냈습니다.

앞선 경찰 조사에서 김씨는 음주운전 의혹을 부인했습니다.

김씨 소속사 측도 추가 입장문을 내고 "주점에 인사차 들렀을 뿐"이라고 재차 강조했습니다.

또 술을 마신 건 아니지만, 해당 주점에서 대리기사 서비스를 제공해 이용했을 뿐이라고도 해명했습니다.

"(그날 대리운전하셨던 분은?) 직영 대리운전들이야. 자기네가 대리운전해줬다는 거거든. 까만 차로."

김씨는 사고 직후 누군가와 통화를 하고, 자택이 아닌 경기 구리의 한 숙박업소로 간 뒤 다음 날 오후 경찰에 출석했습니다.

경찰은 이번 사건과 관련 경찰 대리 출석 등을 지시했다고 밝힌 소속사 대표와 소속사 본부장은 범인도피교사 혐의로 입건했습니다.

경찰에 허위 자수한 김씨 매니저는 범인도피와 위계에 의한 공무집행방해 혐의가 적용됐습니다.

경찰은 김씨 소속사의 조직적 은폐 시도 의혹과 김씨가 어느 정도 관여했는지에 대해 집중 수사하고 있습니다.

조사 결과에 따라 법적 책임을 달게 받겠다고 밝힌 소속사 측은 김씨 변호인으로 검찰총장 직무대리를 거친 조남관 변호사를 선임했습니다.

뺑소니 혐의로 경찰에 입건된 가수 김호중 씨의 음주 여부를 놓고 진실공방이 이어지고 있습니다.

김 씨의 소속사는 내일로 예정된 공연을 일정대로 진행하겠다고 밝혔는데요.

팬들과 일반 대중 사이 사건을 대하는 온도 차도 큰 가운데 김 씨가 직접 입장을 밝힐지 주목됩니다.

자세한 내용 김헌식 평론가와 살펴보겠습니다.

김호중 씨가 사건 당일 유흥주점에서 나와 대리기사를 불러 귀가하는 CCTV 영상이 공개되면서 음주 여부를 둘러싼 진실공방이 벌어지고 있습니다. 술을 마시지 않았다면 대리기사를 왜 불렀냐는 의문이 나오는 거죠?

"김호중이 술잔에 입을 대긴 했지만, 술을 마시진 않았다"는 게 소속사 입장입니다. 대중이 듣기에 쉽게 납득이 가지 않는 말이에요?

경찰 조사가 진행 중인 상황에서도 김 씨 측은 예정대로 공연 일정을 모두 소화하겠다는 입장입니다. 내일부터 다음 달 초까지 창원과 김천에서의 순회공연이 잡혀있고, 이와 별개로 23일부터는 해외 유명 클래식 아티스트들과의 오케스트라 공연도 계획돼있습니다. 이를 두고 김 씨의 팬들과 대중 사이 온도 차가 커 보입니다?

앞서 소속사의 입을 빌려서가 아닌 사고 당사자인 김 씨가 직접 해명하고 상황을 설명해야 한다는 의견도 있었는데요. 김 씨가 내일 콘서트에서 팬들에게 심경을 밝힐 것으로 보여요?

한편, 김 씨의 팬카페엔 응원이 이어지고 있습니다. 김 씨를 옹호하거나 공연 예매와 인기투표를 권장하는 글들도 올라오고 있는데요. 이에 팬들의 무조건적 감싸기에 대한 비판이 나오고 있습니다?

한 사회구호단체가 김 씨 팬클럽이 학대 피해 아동을 돕기 위해 전달한 기부금 50만 원 전액을 반환했습니다. 이 사실이 알려지면서 일각에서는 기부를 통해 논란을 덮으려 하는 것 아니냐는 시선도 있었어요?

김 씨를 향해 팬들을 방패로 뒤에 숨어선 안 된다는 지적의 목소리도 나오는데요. 현재 김 씨가 보여야 할 태도는 무엇일까요?

이 얘기도 해보겠습니다. 민희진 어도어 대표의 대표직 해임과 직결된 재판이 시작됐습니다. 오늘 민 대표가 하이브를 상대로 제기한 의결권 행사 금지 가처분 심문이 진행됐죠. 한 마디로 '하이브에게 대표직 해임을 요구받은 민 대표의 방어전'으로 이해하면 될까요?

법정에선 경영권 문제뿐만 아니라 민 대표의 무속 경영 의혹, 아일릿의 뉴진스 카피 의혹 등을 놓고 날 선 공방이 이어졌습니다. 법리 다툼을 넘어 감정 싸움도 벌어졌다고요?

민 대표 측은 뉴진스가 성공적인 데뷔 후에도 차별적 대우를 당했다고 주장했고, 하이브 측은 민 대표는 뉴진스가 수동적 역할에만 머무르길 원하며 일종의 가스라이팅을 '모녀 관계'로 미화했다고 직격했는데요. 어떻게 들으셨어요?

이런 가운데 방시혁 의장이 "한 사람의 악의에 의한 행동이 시스템을 훼손하는 일은 있어서는 안 된다"고 밝혔습니다. 탄원서를 통해서이기 하지만 이번 사태에 대해 처음으로 입장을 밝힌 건데 어떤 의미라고 보세요?

재판부는 31일 주주총회 전까지는 결정을 내린다는 방침입니다. 법원이 민 대표의 가처분 신청을 인용하느냐, 기각하느냐에 따라서도 파장이 클 것 같은데요. 시나리오를 예상해 보자면요?

민 대표가 제기한 '음반 밀어내기' 의혹에 하이브가 입장문을 내고 정면 반박하기도 했는데요. '음반 밀어내기'가 뭔가요? '음반 사재기'와 비슷한 건가요?

보신 것처럼 양측의 공방이 계속되면서 소속 가수들이 계속 언급되고 있습니다. 소속 가수들의 앞으로 활동에도 영향을 주지 않겠습니까?
