JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV Wakil Presiden RI, Ma'ruf Amin merespons wacana pemerintahan Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming yang akan datang menambah jumlah kementerian.

[날씨] 전국 강풍 동반 비...제주도·남해안 또다시 봄 호우 / YTN

오늘 오후부터 전국에 강풍을 동반한 비가 내립니다.

특히 지난 어린이날 연휴에 폭우가 쏟아졌던 제주도와 남해안에는 또다시 120mm 이상의 많은 비가 내릴 것으로 예보돼 주의가 필요합니다.

취재기자 연결해 자세한 기상 전망 알아보겠습니다. 김민경 기자!

아직은 비가 내리지 않는 것 같은데, 언제부터 비가 시작되는 건가요?

[기자]
네, 지금은 하늘이 흐린 가운데 곳곳에서만 약한 비가 내리고 있습니다.

현재 기압골에 동반된 비구름이 북한과 서해에 남동쪽에서 북서쪽으로 길게 위치해 있는데요.

이 비구름이 남동진하면서 오늘 오후에 수도권과 강원도에 비가 시작돼 점차 전국으로 확대할 것으로 보입니다.

내륙에는 내일까지 5에서 40mm의 비가 내리겠지만,

지난 어린이날 연휴에 폭우가 쏟아졌던 제주도와 남해안에는 최고 120mm 이상의 많은 비가 예보됐습니다.

특히 중부지방은 오늘 저녁부터 내일 새벽에 시간당 10mm 안팎의 비가 집중되겠고,

남부와 제주도는 오늘 밤부터 내일 새벽 사이에 시간당 10에서 20mm의 강한 비가 집중될 것으로 보입니다.

제주 산간에는 오늘 밤부터 호우 예비 특보도 내려져 있어 주의가 필요합니다.

비와 함께 전국에 바람도 매우 강하게 불 것으로 보여 피해가 우려되는데요.

현재 서해안과 동해안, 제주 산간에는 강풍 주의보가, 남해안과 제주도에는 강풍 예비 특보가 내려져 있습니다.

해안과 산간에는 내일까지 순간적으로 초속 20에서 25m 이상의 태풍급 강한 바람이 불 것으로 보여 시설물 관리에 각별히 주의해야 합니다.


제주도와 남해안은 일주일 만에 또다시 많은 비가 예고돼 걱정인데요.

이번 비는 언제 그치는 건가요?

[기자]
네, 비는 오늘 늦은 밤에 수도권부터 점차 그치기 시작해 내륙은 내일 새벽에 대부분 그치겠습니다.

하지만 남해안과 제주도는 내일 오전까지 이어지는 곳이 있겠는데요.

기상청은 이미 많은 비가 내린 제주도와 남해안을 중심으로 또다시 강한 비가 예상돼 추가 피해가 우려된다며 사전에 철저한 대비를 당부했습니다.

다음 주까지 당분간 비 예보는 없지만, 이번 비가 그친 뒤에 바로 황사가 우리나라에 영향을 줄 가능성이 있어 주의가 필요합니다.

"단호하고 강력히 대응"...네이버 지분 놓고 한·일 외교전 비화? / YTN

일본 정부의 압박에 '라인 야후'가 네이버에 지분 매각을 요청한 것으로 확인되면서 논란이 커지고 있습니다.

어제 우리 정부 측에서 우리나라 기업에 대한 차별적이고 부당한 조치에 단호하고 강력히 대응하겠다고 밝히면서 한·일 양국 간의 외교전으로 비화되는 모양새입니다.

네, 경제부입니다.


우리 정부 대응에 일본 정부의 움직임이 있었습니까?

[기자]
경영권 개입이 아닌 행정 지도라는 총무상 발표 뒤 우리 측의 대응이 나왔지만, 이에 대한 일본 정부 측의 공식적인 반응은 없습니다.

사태가 커진 건 라인이 일본의 대표적인 메신저 서비스이기 때문입니다.

지난 2011년 네이버가 일본에서 서비스를 시작하고, 라인은 일본 월간 이용자가 9,600만 명에 이를 정도로 거대 플랫폼으로 성장했습니다.

그런데 지난해 11월 개인 정보가 유출되는 사고가 라인과 연결된 네이버 클라우드에서 벌어졌습니다.

이후 일본 총무성에서 지배구조 개편 등을 포함한 행정지도를 내렸습니다.

네이버 일본 법인이 야후 재팬을 운영하는 소프트뱅크와 합의해 두 회사를 합병했는데, 라인 야후의 대주주인 A 홀딩스 지분을 절반씩 나눠 가지며 공동 운영을 하는 상태였습니다.

일본 정부가 요구하는 건, 한국 네이버의 지분을 소프트뱅크에 일부 또는 전부 매각하라는 겁니다.

이렇게 되면 경영권이 넘어가게 됩니다.

13년 넘게 키운 기업이 일본에 고스란히 넘어가게 되었다며 국내 여론이 좋지 않자 정부에서 공개 대응에 나섰습니다.

우리 측에선 민감하게 반응할 수밖에 없는데 과거 일본 정부가 경영권에 개입했던 의혹을 받는 사건이 있었죠?

[기자]
카를로스 곤 전 닛산 회장의 탈출 사건으로 기억하시는 분도 계실 텐데요.

당시 프랑스의 르노는 일본의 닛산과 합작기업의 지분이 상당히 높았습니다.

그런데 프랑스에서 대주주 의결권을 강화하는 법이 발효되면서 르노의 영향력이 커지자 닛산의 지배력 약화를 우려한 ... (중략)
