[날씨] 전국 요란한 비바람...중부·경북 우박, 강원 산간 눈 / YTN

오늘은 전국 대부분 지역에 요란한 비바람이 내리겠습니다.

중부와 경북엔 싸락우박이 떨어지는 곳이 있겠고, 강원 산간에는 7cm의 눈도 예상됩니다.

네, 청계천에 나와 있습니다.


비바람이 꽤 강해 보이는군요?

[캐스터]
비가 시작되고 빗줄기가 굵어지더니, 이젠 바람과 함께 몰아치고 있습니다.

이번 비는 돌풍과 벼락을 동반해 이렇게 요란하게 쏟아지겠습니다.

비와 함께 찬 공기도 밀려들어 날씨도 쌀쌀해졌습니다.

현재 서울 기온은 12도에 머물고 있으니까요, 오늘 외출하실 땐 옷차림도 따뜻하게 해야겠습니다.

레이더 영상을 보면, 지금 비는 수도권과 강원, 충남 등으로 확대됐습니다.

비구름이 남동진하면서 차츰 전국에 비가 내리겠고, 동쪽을 중심으로는 시간당 10~20mm로 강하게 집중되겠습니다.

동해안 지역은 내리는 양도 많겠습니다.

내일까지 80mm 이상 내리겠고요.

강원 산간엔 100mm가 넘는 큰비가 예고된 가운데, 7cm가 넘는 눈도 예상됩니다.

또, 중부와 경북 지역은 싸락우박이 떨어지는 곳도 있어 피해 없도록 유의해야겠습니다.

바람도 강하게 불고 있습니다.

현재 서해안과 전남, 제주도에 강풍특보가 발령됐는데요, 특보는 동해안으로도 점차 확대되겠습니다.

날아갈 시설물은 없는지 점검해야겠습니다.

비는 오늘 밤 서울 등 서쪽 지방부터 그치겠고, 강원과 경북 지역은 내일 오전까지 이어지겠습니다.

내일부터는 다시 맑은 날씨를 되찾겠습니다.

다만 아침 공기는 무척 쌀쌀합니다.

서울 9도, 대전 8도, 부산 10도가 되겠고, 바람이 강해 체감 온도는 더 낮겠습니다.

한낮에는 서울과 대전 21도, 광주 22도, 부산 23도로 예년 기온을 2도가량 밑돌겠습니다.

당분간 대체로 맑은 하늘이 이어지겠고요.

금요일부터는 기온이 오름세로 돌아서며 낮에는 초여름 날씨가 찾아올 전망입니다.

오늘 밤부터 동해안 지역은 강한 파도가 방파제나 해안도로를 넘을 수 있겠습니다.

저지대 침수 등 해안가 안전사고에 유의하시기 바랍니다.

인도 서부 뭄바이에서 강풍에 대형 철제광고판이 주유소를 덮쳐 14명이 숨지고 70여명이 다치는 사고가 발생했습니다.

인도 매체 등에 따르면 현지시간 13일 30m 높이의 광고판이 폭우 속 강풍을 이기지 못하고 주유소로 쓰러지면서 다수의 자동차를 덮쳤습니다.

사고가 나자 당국은 기중기와 가스절단기 등을 동원해 구조에 나섰지만, 철제광고판 무게 때문에 다수의 인명 피해가 발생했다고 현지 매체들은 전했습니다.

美국무, 전황 악화 우크라 깜짝 방문…러 신임국방 취임

[앵커]

토니 블링컨 미 국무장관이 우크라이나를 깜짝 방문해 공조 태세를 과시했습니다.

최근 러시아의 공세 강화로 우크라이나 동부 전선의 전황이 악화하고 있기 때문인데요.

러시아 푸틴 대통령은 신임 국방장관을 임명했습니다.

윤석이 기자입니다.

토니 블링컨 미 국무장관이 현지시간으로 14일 예고없이 우크라이나를 깜짝 방문했습니다.

블링컨 장관이 우크라이나를 찾은 것은 2022년 2월 개전 이후 네번째입니다.

"나는 이 메시지를 가지고 우크라이나에 왔습니다. 여러분은 혼자가 아닙니다. 미국은 (전쟁)첫 날부터 여러분 곁에 있었습니다."

최근 러시아의 집중 공세로 우크라이나 동북부 전황이 크게 악화하면서 공조 태세를 다지겠다는 뜻으로 해석됩니다.

우크라이나 하르키우 주에서는 이미 10개 마을이 러시아로 넘어갔고, 인접 수미 주에서도 러시아 군의 새로운 공세가 예상되는 상황입니다.

"우리는 오늘 하르키우 지역을 위해 두 대의 패트리어트(방공 시스템)가 정말로 필요합니다. 왜냐하면 민간인과 전사자 등 모든 사람들이 러시아 미사일 공격을 받고 있기 때문입니다."

블링컨 장관은 젤렌스키 대통령과 함께 키이우의 한 바를 찾아 수준급 기타 실력을 선보이는 등 우의를 과시하기도 했습니다.

이날 러시아에서는 깜짝 발탁된 안드레이 벨로우소프 신임 국방장관이 직무에 들어갔습니다.

"대통령이 정한 군사-정치적 목표를 달성하면서 동시에, 최소의 인명 피해로 달성하는 것을 특히 강조하고 싶습니다."

벨로우소프 장관이 러시아 군의 병력 손실 문제를 공개적으로 언급했다는 점에서 우크라이나 작전에 변화가 있을지 주목됩니다.

다만 푸틴 대통령은 이번주 중국 방문을 앞두고 진행한 자국 언론 인터뷰에서 "대화에 열려있지만 우크라이나와 서방 동맹국들은 열린 대화에 준비돼 있지 않다"고 전쟁 지속의 책임을 떠넘겼습니다.
