배우 김수미 지분 회사, 꽃게대금 미지급 소송 승소

배우 김수미 씨가 지분을 보유한 식품 회사가 대금을 지급하지 않은 의혹으로 민사 소송을 당했으나 1심에서 승소했습니다.

인천지법은 수산물 유통회사 대표 A씨가 나팔꽃F&B를 상대로 낸 물품 대금 소송에서 최근 원고 패소 판결을 했다고 밝혔습니다.

A씨 회사는 지난 2021년 나팔꽃 측에 2차례 꽃게를 납품하고도 총 1억 7천여만원을 받지 못했다며 이듬해 소송을 제기했습니다.

그러나 법원은 "A씨와 나팔꽃 사이에 꽃게 매매계약이 체결됐다고 인정하기에는 증거가 부족하다"고 판단했습니다.

국민의힘이 '황우여 비상대책위원회' 인선을 발표했습니다.

내일 전국위 추인을 받고 본격 출범할 것으로 보이는데요.

자세한 소식, 국회 취재기자 연결해 알아봅니다.

네, 국민의힘은 오늘 오전 황우여 비상대책위원장이 내정한 비대위원 면면을 발표했는데요.

황 위원장과 추경호 원내대표, 또 새로 내정된 정점식 정책위의장이 당연직으로 참여하고요.

강원 홍천횡성영월평창 유상범, 충북 제천단양 엄태영, 비례 전주혜 의원과, 경기 포천가평 김용태 당선인이 합류합니다.

당은 일하는 비대위를 기치로, 당내외 소통능력과 지역안배를 중점적으로 고려했다고 밝혔습니다.

사무총장에 3선 성일종 의원이, 원내수석부대표엔 재선 배준영 의원이 내정됐습니다.

원내 대변인단과 부대표단도 조만간 발표될 것으로 보입니다.

비대위는 내일 전국위 추인을 거쳐 공식 출범하고요.

내일 저녁엔 윤석열 대통령과의 만찬에 참석할 예정입니다.

비대위가 출범하면 곧장 전당대회 준비 작업에 들어가게 되는데요.

전대 개최 시점과 룰 변경 문제가 뇌관으로 떠오를 것으로 보입니다.

전대 개최 시점은 6월 말·7월 초가 중론이었지만, 황 위원장이 더 늦어질 수 있다 밝히며 이를 두고 이미 갑론을박이 나오고 있습니다.

현재 '당심 100%'인 선출 규정을 두고도 친윤과 비윤, 영남과 수도권 등 그룹별로 이견이 큰 상황입니다.

민주당에선 22대 첫 국회의장 후보군의 교통정리가 급격히 이뤄지고 있다고요.

네, 국회의장 후보 출마한 정성호 의원이 조금 전 후보직에서 사퇴하겠다고 밝혔습니다.

친명계 좌장으로 불리는 정 의원은 지지해준 모든 분께 감사하고 죄송하다며 이같이 전했습니다.

마찬가지로 후보 출마한 6선 추미애, 조정식 의원은 단일화에 나설 것으로 전해졌습니다.

오후 중에 관련 논의에 나선단 계획입니다.

당초 우원식 의원까지 4파전을 치를 것으로 예상됐는데요.

잇단 사퇴와 단일화 논의로 당내 경선구도에 변화가 있을 것으로 보입니다.

특히 당내 최다선 후보 2명이 단일화를 하면, 급격히 무게추가 쏠릴 것으로 전망됩니다.

한편 민주당은 일본 정부의 네이버 지분 조정 요구로 촉발된 '라인 사태'를 두고 대여 공세를 이어가고 있습니다.

굴종적인 대일외교의 결과, 기술기반 경영권까지 침탈하는 일이 벌어졌다는 주장인데요.

조금 전에는 과방위, 외통위 차원 기자회견을 열고 압박 수위를 높였습니다.

정부의 미온적 태도를 지적하며, 관련 상임위를 열어서 긴급 점검회의에 나서자 제안했습니다.

당 관계자는 "일본 대사관에 항의하거나 대사 초치를 요구해야 한다는 등의 이야기도 있다"고 분위기를 전했습니다.

조국혁신당도 오늘 회견을 열고 "정부가 변명으로 일관하며 해법을 내놓지 못하고 있다"고 비판했는데요.

조국 대표는 관련 항의 차원에서 내일 독도를 찾을 예정입니다.

국민의힘은 야당의 감정적 대응이 문제 해결에 도움이 될지 의문이라며, 불필요한 선동을 멈춰달라고 촉구했습니다.

윤희석 선임대변인은 기자들과 만나 "외교적 차원에서도 대응할 부분이 있는지 면밀히 검토하겠다"고 말했습니다.

La Serie 02 (codice progetto E114) viene lanciata nel 1966 con la denominazione di 1600 e motore 4 cilindri in linea monoalbero in testa di 1573 cm³ con alimentazione a carburatore. Grazie agli 85 cv, la 1600 (la sigla 02 è, inizialmente, solo interna, perché non c'è rischio di confusione con la Neue Klasse, giunta oramai alla soglia dei 2 litri e non più prodotta con motore 1600) raggiunge i 160 km/h e garantisce una discreta brillantezza (lontana comunque dalla grinta delle contemporanee Alfa Romeo di pari cilindrata). In ogni caso, per evitare confusione, la 1600 fu ufficiosamente conosciuta anche come 1600-2, dove il 2 finale indicava la carrozzeria a due porte. Nel 1967 la Casa bavarese introduce la 1600 Ti, con motore potenziato (grazie all'adozione di 2 carburatori a doppio corpo) a 105 CV. Lo stesso anno arriva anche l'elegante 1600 Cabriolet, realizzata dalla carrozzeria Baur e commercializzata direttamente da BMW.
L'affidabilità, la qualità costruttiva e la linea piacevole garantiscono alla 1600 un buon successo, nonostante la tenuta di strada impegnativa sul bagnato. Scarse le vendite in Italia, sia per la carrozzeria con due sole porte, sia per la diretta concorrenza con la più potente e sportiva Alfa Romeo Giulia Super e con la coeva Fiat 125, simile per prestazioni, ma con prezzo inferiore.
Lo stesso anno la Baur realizza la 2002 Cabriolet: non si tratta (come avveniva con la precedente 1600) di una vera cabrio, ma piuttosto di una targa, con tetto rigido asportabile, robusto roll bar centrale e parte posteriore convertibile (con capote in tela). Nel 1971 la gamma viene rivista, con l'introduzione delle versioni 1802 (1766 cm³, 90 CV) e 2002 Tii (1990 cm³ con alimentazione a iniezione Kugelfisher e potenza di 130 CV), che rimpiazza la 2002 Ti a carburatori. La 1600 cambia nome in 1602, mentre la 1600 Ti esce di listino.
