분당과 일산 등 1기 신도시 아파트 단지 가운데 가장 먼저 재건축을 추진할 선도지구의 물량과 선정 계획이 다음주 공개됩니다.

국토교통부는 오늘(17일) 노후계획도시정비특별위원회 민간위원 위촉식을 겸한 1차 위원회를 개최한다고 밝혔습니다.

국토부는 오늘 1기 신도시 선도지구 선정 계획과 물량, 이주단지 공급 방향을 특위에 보고합니다.

선도지구 선정 계획은 22일로 예정된 국토부와 경기도, 1기 신도시 단체장 간담회에서 확정됩니다.

아울러 전국 50여개 노후계획도시에 대해서도 내년까지 기본계획 수립에 착수합니다.

Kata PDIP soal Gaya Kepemimpinan Prabowo yang Sudah 25 Tahun Keluar dari Militer

JAKARTA, KOMPASTV - Ketua DPP PDI-Perjuangan Djarot Syaiful Hidayat buka suara terkait gaya kepemimpinan Prabowo ke depan.

Ia menilai gaya kepemimpinan militer Prabowo Subianto sudah tertanam meski sudah keluar dari militer 25 tahun lalu .

"Kami mengikuti bagaimana Pak Prabowo menyampaikan bahwa gaya kepemimpinannya berbeda dari mentornya mentornya kan Pak Jokowi. Ya kita akan melihat nanti gaya kepemimpinan asli Pak Prabowo seperti apa meskipun beliau sudah 25 tahun itu sudah di luar kemiliteran," kata Djarot, Kamis (16/5/2025).

Menurutnya gaya militer sudah tertanam di dalam diri Prabowo.

"Apakah demikian mudah seseorang bisa berubah watak dan karakternya, kita berharap kita selalu berubah ke hal yang jauh lebih baik karakter. Karakter di militer itu juga tidak ada yang salah bagus disiplin, loyal, patriotik, bagus," ujarnya.

Sebelumnya saat menghadiri Qatar Economic Forum di Doha, Rabu (15/4/2024), Jurnalis Bloomberg Haslinda Amin lempar pertanyaan terkait gaya kepemimpinan Prabowo kelak untuk Indonesia.

"Beberapa orang menganggap anda akan memimpin dengan cara militer?" tanya Haslinda dilihat dari tayangan Youtube Qatar Economic Forum.

"Anda tahu, saya sudah keluar dari militer selama mungkin lebih dari 25 tahun. Jadi menurut saya hanya itu yang anda sebut militeristik, ini tidak relevan, itu tidak ada hubungannya dengan apa pun," jawab Prabowo Subianto.

To make matters worse, he cannot request a meeting with the headmaster of the college, who may be the only person that knows anything pertaining to the disappearance. The only ones in frequent contact with the headmaster are the heads of the college dormitories, known as the Prefect 4 (P4): Edgar Redmond, Lawrence Bluewer, Herman Greenhill, and Gregory Violet.

Ciel must concoct a plan to get in the P4's good graces if he wants to use their connections to succeed in his mission. But the distinguished college and its students hide much that is unseen, making this task more improbable than he could imagine.

김씨 측은 음주운전에 대해서는 강하게 부인하고 있는데요.

강제수사에 돌입한 경찰은 김씨와 김씨의 소속사가 조직적으로 사건을 은폐하려 했는지에 관해 수사력을 집중하고 있습니다.

정부의 의대 입학정원 증원을 멈춰달라며 의료계가 낸 집행정지 신청을 1심에 이어 2심 법원도 받아들이지 않았는데요.

가수 김호중 씨의 뺑소니 사고와 관련된 사건에 대한 또 다른 의혹이 일파만파 커지고 있는데요. 현재 어떤 의혹들이 나오고 있나요?

뺑소니와 운전자 바꿔치기는 인정하고 있는 반면 소속사에선 음주운전과 관련된 정황에 대해 모두 부인하고 있고 내용을 보면 음주 구제 전문 변호사의 조언을 받고 있어 보인다는 분석도 있는데요. 만일 변호인이 진범을 은폐하기 위해 허위진술을 조언했다면 그것도 범죄가 되는 건가요?

김호중 소속사 측에서는 음주 사실이 없다며 추측성 보도나 주관적인 표현을 삼가달라고 언론에 요구하고 있는데요. 어떤 이유라고 보시나요?

김씨가 현장에서 도주한 뒤 17시간 만에 경찰에 출석했지만, 사고 뒤 오랜 시간이 지났기 때문에 음주 여부는 확인이 되지 않았습니다. 음주 운전 혐의를 입증하긴 쉽지 않다는 지적이 있는데요. 이럴 경우 수사기관에서 어떤 자료를 확보하려고 할까요?

유흥주점 종업원들이라든가, 유흥주점에서 나와 불렀다는 대리기사 등이 만일 김호중 씨의 음주 사실을 증언한다면 그건 증거로서 얼마나 효력이 있는 건가요?

경찰이 현재 도로교통법상 사고 후 미조치 혐의로 조사를 받는 김호중에 대해 추가로 특가법상 도주치상 위반 혐의를 적용하는 방안을 검토 중이라고 하는데요. 이건 어떤 얘긴가요?

아울러 김호중의 범행 은닉을 공모한 것으로 의심받는 소속사 대표, 본부장 등을 범죄은닉 교사 혐의로 조사하고 있다고 하는데요. 경찰이 어제저녁 6시 반이 넘어서 소속사 사무실과 자택 등에 대한 압수수색을 벌였는데, 사고가 발생한 지 약 일주일만이거든요? 압수수색이 너무 늦은 거 아닌가요?

여러 의혹으로 사건이 일파만파 커지고 있는 상황인데, 소속사 측은 아직 인정된 혐의가 없다며 예정된 공연을 강행한다는 방침인데요. 보통 가수가 사회적 물의를 일으켜 공연이 취소됐을 경우, 어떤 방식으로 손해 배상을 하게 되나요?

특히 23일부터 시작되는 해외 유명 클래식 아티스트들과의 오케스트라 공연의 경우 주관사인 KBS가 대체 출연자 섭외를 요청한 상황입니다. 당장 다음주 공연이다 보니 대체 출연자를 찾기가 쉽지 않을 것 같기도 하고, 김호중 씨가 하차한다면 티켓 취소도 많을 것 같거든요?

이번엔 의대증원과 관련된 이야기로 넘어가 보겠습니다. 정부의 의대 입학정원 증원을 멈춰달라며 의료계가 낸 집행정지 신청에 대해 법원이 이를 기각 또는 각하 결정했습니다. 기각 또는 각하, 비슷한 것 같지만 두 가지가 다른 거 아닌가요? 이렇게 두 가지로 결과가 나온 이유가 무엇인가요?

의료계는 한 번 더 대법원 판단을 받아보겠다고 재항고를 예고했는데요. 5월 말까지 수시모집 요강이 나와야 하는데, 대법원 재항고 결과가 5월 안에 나올 수 있을까요?

문제는 내년도 대입 전형이 이달 안에 마무리되어야 한다는 건데요. 각 대학이 학칙 개정을 하지 못하고 모두 법원의 결정을 기다리고 있었거든요? 아직 대법원 판결이 나오지 않은 상황에서 각 대학의 학칙 개정은 학교별로 판단해서 진행해도 되는 건가요?

이번 2심 재판부 판결로 미루어 봤을 때, 의료계가 대법원에 재항고 시 결정이 바뀔 가능성은 어느 정도라 보시나요?

대학들도 문제지만, 가장 큰 문제는 정부의 증원 방침 이후 가장 먼저 의료 현장을 떠난 전공의들의 복귀 여부입니다. 의료현장 이탈이 3개월이 넘었는데, 이제 전공의들의 내년도 전문의 시험 응시 자체가 불가능해진 상황인 거죠?

의대 교수들도 의대 증원 집행정지 신청이 기각되면 근무시간을 재조정하기로 결정했는데요. 결과적으로 의료공백이 장기화하면서 환자들만 피해를 보게 되는데, 의료공백에 따른 피해를 인정받는 것이 쉽지 않다고 하더라고요?
