경찰이 음주량을 밝혀 음주 혐의를 입증할 수 있을지 주목되고 있습니다.

음주운전 논란이 이어지는 가운데, 김호중씨 측은 모레로 예정된 콘서트는 강행하기로 했는데요.

경찰이 뺑소니 사고를 낸 가수 김호중씨와 이 사실을 숨기기 위해 조직적 은폐를 시도한 소속사 관계자들에 대해 출국금지 신청을 했습니다. 경찰이 출국금지를 신청한 이유는 무엇인가요?

김호중씨가 계속 혐의를 부인하다가 입장을 바꿔 음주운전을 시인한 이후 경찰에 자진 출석하겠다는 입장을 밝히고 있는데요. 김씨 측에서는 경찰 사정으로 조사가 연기 됐다고 하고, 경찰은 조율한 적 없다는 입장입니다. 김씨 측이 경찰에 자진 출석을 서두르는 이유가 있을까요?

김호중씨가 사고 열흘 만에 음주운전 사실은 인정했지만, 증거를 인멸하려고 한 적은 없다는 입장입니다. 소속사는 매니저가 옷을 바꿔입고 대신 자수한 부분이나, 메모리 카드를 폐기한 점 등을 김씨는 알지 못했다고 했는데요. 어떻게 보십니까?

다만 김씨의 변호인은 매니저가 옷을 바꿔입고 대리 자수를 한 사실은 김씨가 알고 있었다고 시인했습니다. 거짓말이 계속해서 드러나고 있는 상황인데, 만일 메모리카드 폐기까지 알고 있었다면 그것도 가중처벌이 될 수 있는 건가요?

경찰은 앞으로 김씨의 수사 협조 여부에 따라 구속영장을 신청하는 방안까지도 검토할 수 있다는 뜻을 내비쳤습니다. 김씨 측의 수사 협조와 증거 인멸 여부가 앞으로 수사에 있어 중요한 부분이 될 수 있겠어요?

김호중씨가 운전하기 전에 술을 마셨다는 사실은 일단 인정했는데요. 하지면 과연 경찰이 음주량을 밝혀 운전 당시 혈중알코올농도가 음주운전의 기준이 되는 0.03% 이상이었는지를 입증할 수 있을지가 관건입니다. 경찰은 위드마크 공식을 적용해 음주운전 혐의를 판단하겠다고 했습니다. 위드마크 공식이란 게 무엇인지 설명 좀 해주시죠.

사람마다 체질이나 음주 속도, 그날의 음식을 무엇을 먹었느냐에 따라 취하는 정도가 다를 텐데, 위드마크 공식을 통해 입증된 자료가 법원에서 증거로 채택되는 경우가 많은 편인가요?

김호중씨가 사고를 낸 뒤 경기도 모처에 있는 호텔에 머물면서 캔맥주 등 술을 구입하는 정황이 확인됐는데요. 음주운전 사실을 숨기려고 일부러 그런 것이 아니냐는 의혹을 받고 있습니다. 어떻습니까?

검찰이 음주 사고 이후에 이렇게 법망을 교묘하게 빠져나가려는 사람을 처벌할 수 있는 규정을 새로 만들기로 했다고 하는데요. 이건 어떤 내용인가요?

또 하나 논란이 되는 것은 사고를 낸 뒤에도 김씨가 공연을 계속 강행하고 있다는 건데요. 지난 주말 공연이 끝난 뒤에 바로 음주 사실을 인정한 것도 의도적이었다고 봐야겠죠?

문제는 음주 사실을 시인한 이후에도 공연을 계속하겠다는 건데요. 김씨를 대체할 사람이 없다며 공연 주관사 측에서는 공연을 그대로 진행하겠다는 입장입니다. 이 부분은 어떻게 보십니까?

전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률은 통신판매업자에 대해 상호와 대표자 성명, 주소, 전화번호 등을 공개하도록 규정하고 있고, 이를 어기면 공정위가 과징금을 부과할 수 있습니다.

2.425 Jemaah Haji Indonesia Mulai Bergerak Menuju Mekkah dan Tiba Secara Bertahap

MADINAH, KOMPAS.TV - Jemaah haji Indonesia mulai bergerak secara bergelombang dari Madinah ke Mekkah pada Senin (20/5/2024) pagi.

Jemaah akan melakukan umrah wajib dan bersiap menyambut puncak haji pada 9 Dzulhijjah.

10 bus membawa rombongan jemaah haji Indonesia dari Madinah ke Mekkah.

Mereka mengambil Miqat di Masjid Bir Ali untuk selanjutnya bergerak ke Mekkah melaksanakan umrah wajib.

Rombongan pertama berjumlah 393 jemaah yang berasal dari Embarkasi Jakarta - Pondok Gede atau JKG kloter 1.

Total ada 2.425 jemaah yang bergerak ke Mekkah dan tiba secara bertahap.

Pergerakan jemaah haji Indonesia dari Madinah ke Mekkah akan berlangsung hingga 23 Mei 2024.

'해병 수사외압 의혹'의 핵심 피의자인 김계환 해병대 사령관이 오늘(21일) 오전 고위공직자범죄수사처에 출석했습니다.

지난 4일 첫 소환 이후 17일 만인데요.

오늘 오후에는 박정훈 전 해병대 수사단장이 출석할 예정으로, 이들의 대질조사 가능성도 점쳐지고 있습니다.

현장에 나가있는 취재기자 연결해보겠습니다.

네, 김계환 해병대 사령관은 오늘 오전 9시 20분쯤 고위공직자범죄수사처에 출석했습니다.

지난 4일, 15시간 가량의 강도 높은 첫 조사를 받은 이후 17일 만인데요.

김 사령관은 이종섭 전 국방부장관과 통화에서 대통령이 격노했다고 말한 것이 맞는지, 박정훈 전 해병대 수사단장의 'VIP 격노' 주장은 거짓이라 보는지 등을 묻는 질문에 아무런 답을 하지 않았습니다.

공수처는 1차 조사에서 200쪽에 이르는 질문지를 다 묻지 못해, 오늘 이뤄지는 2차 조사에서 속도를 더 낼 방침인데요.

공수처는 오늘 김 사령관 소환에 앞서 어제 박경훈 전 국방부 조사본부장 직무대리를 다시 불러 조사했습니다.

김 사령관 재소환을 앞두고 수사 상황과 진술 내용을 정리·보완한 것으로 풀이됩니다.

오늘 오후, 박정훈 전 단장이 출석할 예정으로 김 사령관과의 대질조사가 진행될 가능성도 있습니다.

김 사령관과 박 전 단장은 이른바 'VIP 격노설'의 핵심 관계자이기 때문인데요.

박 전 단장은 "김 사령관이 '윤 대통령이 격노한 것을 이종섭 전 장관에게 들었다'고 말해 '수사 외압'에 윗선이 있었다"고 주장하는 반면, 김 사령관은 "그런 발언을 한 적이 없다"는 입장입니다.

둘의 진술이 크게 엇갈리는 상황에서 공수처는 'VIP 격노설'의 진위를 놓고 집중 조사할 것으로 보이는데요.

'VIP 격노설'의 윤곽이 어느 정도 드러나게 되면, 공수처의 수사 범위는 신범철 전 국방부차관, 이종섭 전 장관 등 윗선으로 확대될 것이란 전망도 나옵니다.
